AP LEVER INK DUCT SYSTEM
The lever ink duct system suits perfectly to all letter- and offsetpresses. For many printing press brands, it is available as standard solution and ideally suited for retrofitting and modernization of older machines. The function of the systems is independent and allows a suitable solution for nearly every type of machine. We are pleased to give advise!

Technical SPECIFICATIONS
The ink duct systems are available with precise manufactured laser-cut or uncut ink blades in widths of 100 up to 1400mm. Zone widths depend on the field of application. Zone widths of 20.5mm are standard, widths up from 14mm are feasible for special applications.
The high precision of the lever cartridges allow a reproducible adjustment of the desired ink portion. Removable lateral blocks simplify the cleaning of the ink duct system enormously. The progressively operating lever cartridges allow optimal adustability. Even the smallest ink flows can be defined precisely and quickly. Download brochure now |

MOUNTING OPTIONS
|
Depending on the machine type, we have different mounting opportunities. Take a look at the options.

Quick-Release
The quick-release mounting system allows a very short cleaning time and simplifies the handling for maintenance enormously. This system is recommended for smaller and lighter ink duct systems. For assembly, there is enough space between ink fountain and machine side frame needed.

CLAMP-ON
The classic mounting option for smaller and lighter ink duct systems. The systems will be simply assembled with two screws. We use this method, if we do not have enough space between ink fountain and machine side frame.

SWIVELING
The swivel-down mounting option is needed with bigger and heavier ink duct systems or electronic ink duct systems. It ensures the easiest and quickest way for cleaning and maintenance.
