The electronic steered ink duct system (remote control) is used for letter- and offsetpresses of any type. It is also perfectly suitable for retrofittings of older machines. We will find the optimal solution for nearly every kind of printing press (offset or letterpress).

Oation
The user interface is clearly arranged and allows central control of all printing devices assembled in one point. Adjustments are done very easlily with the touch screen monitor. The mouse and keyboard will be used for information management only. Returning jobs Within a very short time you have set up saved data of returning jobs. The handling of saved data is very simple. Prepress An additional software allows the direct use of prepress data. Only a few clicks and a new job is adjusted and transferred to all printing devices. Installation The complete system works independently from any type of machine and is easy adaptable. It works properly for retrofitting. Software The software is based on Windows.NET and runs on a personal computer. The machine relevant set up is ready with only a few clicks. Electrical power supply The computer is connected with the powerbox over a RS-232. In the powerbox, there is a converter and also a power supply. The box measures are about 120 x 200 x 600 mm and will need a feed-in of 230 voltage. You will only need one powerbox for one complete machine. Commands will be transferred simultaneously to all ink devices. Ink duct systems The ink duct systems are available with precise manufactured laser-cut or uncut ink blades in widths of 100 up to 1400 mm. Zone widths depend to the field of application. Zone widths of 20.5 mm are standard, widths up from 18.5 mm are feasible for special applications. The colour slot can be adjusted over a spindle with the highest repeat accuracy. Removeable lateral blocks simplify cleaning enormously. Motors We use high-quality motors of Maxon or Faulhaber exclusively. Download brochure now |

MOUNTING OPTIONS
|
The swivel-down mounting option is needed with bigger and heavier ink duct systems or electronic ink duct systems. It ensures the most easy and quick way for cleaning and maintenance anyhow.
